America Is Not That Great:
America is witnessing the inhumane treatments of children, women, and men who made sacrifices to make a better life for themselves and their family. The manufactured immigration crisis taken place is history repeating itself. Sidebar: the way African-Americans, Native Americans, Japanese Americans were forcibly separated from families is the same way Latinos families are being torn apart. No family should be separated; no humans should be treated harshly and placed in inhumane conditions. Additionally, every human has a right to seek a better life for themselves and no other persons who stole land and kidnapped humans can deprive anyone else of finding better.
“Sidebar: the way African-Americans, Native Americans, Japanese Americans were forcibly separated from families is the same way Latinos are being separated, in short, a terrible history is repeating in America.”
Due to the Supreme Court Ruling from 2018 stating that immigrants had no rights held in detention centers, this allowed Donald Trump and his crooked administration to create this problem and treat innocent people in this manner. To deprive another human the right to make a better life for themselves in a nation rightfully owned by the Native Americans illustrates that America is not that great. Furthermore, Donald Trump manufactured immigration crisis is costing America their respect, status, and relationship in the world.
Are More Deaths to Come?
Recap: nearing the end of 2018, two young kids died at the hands of America’s government-Jakelin Caal the 8-year-old Guatemalan girl and Felipe Alonzo-Gomez who died on Christmas Eve in 2018. In the last week, our nation was inundated with news of Oscar Alberto Martinez Ramirez and Angie Valeria are the father-daughter who drowned crossing the Rio Grande to seek a better life. The deaths of these four innocent human beings, specifically the three kids are upsetting; however, it’s scary to grasp there will be more deaths from this manufactured immigration crisis.

Donald Trump’s human-made immigration crisis will cause more deaths, which will continue to stain America as a beacon for hope. Additionally, America no longer a superpower and position on human rights now come into question with the lives lost from the fake immigration crisis. Distressing conditions the families are fleeing from in their own country was created by America for interfering in their elections and imposing their imperialist ways. However, it’s more distressing because America is no longer a safe place where families can seek refuge to begin the process of building a better life. The deaths that will result from the immigration crisis will be deaths of people wanting better for their lives, an opportunity to create and live a legacy for their families but could not because of Donald Trump and his racism.

From the European immigrants who stole the nation from the Native Americans, from the kidnapped African immigrants who built America and from the Eastern and Western Europeans immigrants who fled to America to create a new life this nation thrives and survives because of immigrants. In short, without immigrants, there will be no America.
