IDAHO RULES BAN ON SAME-SEX MARRIAGE UNCONSTITUTIONAL

On Tuesday, Idaho’s magistrate judge ruled the ban on same-sex marriage as UNCONSTITUTIONAL, another victory for same-sex couples fighting for LIFE,LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. Same-sex couples have rights just as any other person, NO GOVERNMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO DECIDE WHO CAN MARRY WHO, NO GOVERNMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO REDUCE A PERSON TO SECOND CLASS CITIZENSHIP. People love who they love and that is their right, not the right of the Government to decide otherwise. Same-sex couples should not have to fight for rights that they are ENTITLED TOO, MARRIAGE IS A RIGHT FOR EVERYONE!
